Business Review

My son has a great time going to Kidstrong every week. He looks forward to seeing his friends/coaches and doing all the physical activities. While he is competitive, he is learning to be better at taking turns and being ok with not getting an award each class. Also, this class has helped him with communication in front of the class and teamwork. As an OT, I love that this class addresses gross motor coordination, motor planning, social skills, problem solving, and emotional regulation. I would definitely recommend Kidstrong to all parents. -Thy

Brought my daughter today along with her cousin, and coach Kate and nicole were awesome! My daughter is on the spectrum so a little nervous about how she would interact in class but both coaches were supportive and helpful! She didn’t feel pressured or left behind and completed all goals. Even the other kids were super helpful which made me so happy. Awesome clean place and I will definitely be returning! -Mandi

I loved the energy and vibes of this program. Building self confidence, strength, endurance and making exercises fun for the kids is truly amazing and nothing short of spectacular. My daughter ❤️ her first day, and getting that new class award made her feel so special!! She felt great about herself, and even though it was hard she never quit. The coaches did so a wonderful job with the kids. They provide a balance of all the core values, along with alittle hard work, and fun!! I'm excited to see how she progresses. Then what truly put the icing on the cake, is when a new friend told her how wonderful, and how great of a job she did today. It was so sweet, and refreshing to see kids build each other up, and not worry about being bullied, or put down for what they can or can not do. Its truly a blessing. We will definitely be joining!!
