We cook pretty much every night of the week so I decided to go with the Super Harvest box which includes 1-2 types of greens, 4-7 types of vegetables and 2-5 types of fruits. This option is perfect for families of 4 or more and provided the perfect amount of produce for my family of four for the week. There is also the option to add on pantry staples and market items such as cage-free eggs, fresh herbs, breads, salad dressings, snack items, and more.
Our first box was delivered by a local driver and was contact-free. I received a text message from Hungry Harvest that my delivery was on the way and within 10 minutes it arrived neatly packed and on my doorstep. We were so impressed by the quality of the produce we received! The fruits and vegetables in our Super Harvest box were fresh and so nicely packaged.
The part I love most is we received a few items my daughters have not tried before and we discovered they love them -- my 4-year-old now has newfound obsession with mangos, which we normally would have never purchased! We also made the most delicious kid-friendly smoothie with the pineapple and mangoes from our delivery. (I was even able to sneak in some spinach!)
Getting the weekly box has also taken the headache out of meal planning for me because I have the chance to plan our weekly dinners around the produce we will be receiving. A few days before the Hungry Harvest delivery we receive an email with exactly what will be included in our produce box and we have the opportunity to customize our box.
Lastly, I made the decision to give Hungry Harvest a try because I love their overall company mission.
