'AFTER HOURS' IN NATURE

Irvine Nature Ctr. in Owings Mills announced a NEW benefit of membership at Irvine Nature Center! Starting on Thursday, October 7, we invite all members for exclusive, after-hours access at Irvine.

After Hours at Irvine will occur the first Thursday of the month year-round, excluding the winter months of December through February, 5:00-7:00PM.
Whether your days are busy and you can't get here during our regular hours or you simply want to observe Irvine at dusk, we hope you will join us next week for our first evening outing. No need to register in advance; just show up and enjoy this special time in nature.
Use the time to walk our trails, relax at Wedding Point, check out our Aviary, explore the Wetland Ponds, discover the Native American Site, play in the Outdoor Classroom or wander the Woodland Garden.
Sunset Safety: October 7 sunset will be 6:40PM.

Honestly, the kids and we absolutely loved the chance simply to be in pristine nature whose features vary so much from forest to open meadow to wetlands.
