What is KidStrong?

In a 45min Kidstong class your child will test their independence, listening skills and agility with strength and speed based obstacles.

The class had a focus on social skills to help make new friends and work together with fellow teammates.

How does KidStrong help kids build confidence?

At the beginning and conclusion of each class the KidStrong affirmation is led by the coaches, parents and teammates.

You'll see the confidence of your child grow through the weeks where they get to "level up" as they hit their milestones. As you rank up, you advance your title and upgrade your jersey.

How is the Kidstrong program run?

The coaches are team motivators and encourage character, brain and physical development. The science driven Kidstrong program is displayed through an interactive screen that includes brain boosts during rest breaks.

Is there parent involvement in the class?

KidStrong offers programs for families with kids walking (~14 months)-11 years old. Classes up to the age of 4 are guided by an adult on the floor and any age above, are child independent. Cheer on your child from the sideline and give them high fives and fist pumps!

The best part is the award ceremony at the end of each class. Awards include Coach's Awards, Milestones and the Parent Strong Award(Yes you! Being a motivator from the side line and encouraging your child to never give up).
