The 35th annual holiday event sweeps the Fairgrounds’ Cow Palace in
a tinsel-tinted whirlwind of trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses
Kennedy Krieger Institute's beloved Festival of Trees is celebrating its 35th anniversary,
returning to the Maryland State Fairgrounds from November 29 to December 1. This
milestone event benefits the patients, students and programs at Kennedy Krieger
Institute and ushers in one of the most magical times of the year for families across the
region.

Hundreds of designer-decorated trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses will be on sale
and present throughout the Cow Palace, which will be converted into a dazzling winter
wonderland for the weekend. The magic is back this year with holiday vendors, rides for
kids, carnival games, entertainment, craft making, 35th anniversary surprises, and all the
trimmings for a fun-filled family weekend that benefits a great cause.
